Lost...One Groove

I am still here and hanging on.

4 days to next counselling appointment for donor egg treatment.

12 days to trip to Prague to frolic in the snow and drink hot wine.

Work has been sucking big time this week as I have had to travel all over Britain for pointless soul-sucking meetings without a laptop. What kind of employer nowadays does not give you a wireless laptop, eh? Mine. Fuckers.

Crap hotels, crap trains and crap weather all conspired to push me farther over the edge than last week. Take my advice...never travel by Virgin train. They may look new and shiny but as Buffy would say, it is a glamour.

Sigh. Hoping to find my groove again soon.

I hope you find your groove soon, too. It's tough when those things go missing.

No laptop? Horrible, then you can't even play solitaire or minesweeping during particularly boring meetings. Or sort your e-mail.

When you're in Prague, do bring out a toast for your friends in the computer. Glühwein, mmmm.

Sorry you've lost your Mojo, baby... it's probably just gone on a Brazilian get-away and will be coming back in FINE form in no time.

No laptop? That's blasphemous. I can't wait to hear all about Prague. I am jealous.

Oh yuck, that just sounds horrid! And no laptop? Sounds like crimes against employee humanity to me.

Enjoy the hot wine, though. And cut a groove, my dear, cut a groove.

Prague! How wonderful. Its on my list of places to visit before I die. Or before I am too old to enjoy it, would be a better idea. Sorry about all the crappy travel and meetings.

Do you have email? Cause I don't see an email address posted and I wanted to drop you a line.

Prague, I love Prague. Enjoy your trip.

And just be a little careful where you go looking for your groove. The woman who wrote about Stella and her groove ended up marrying a gay man she's now divorcing. Not that anything like that would happen to you, but who knows what may happen to you with all that hot wine!

Hot wine in Prague sounds fantastic. Hope your groove thang comes back and good luck with the counselling appointment. I wonder what shoes she will have on?

Isn't it obvious!? Your groove decided to start the vacation early. She clearly took a first class flight to Prague and is now knee deep in room service in a cozy suite at your hotel. Just a bit longer and you'll be able to join her. Hang in there!

Prague! I envy you.

But when you want to go some where really full of history, culture, art, music, and beautiful architecture, you can come visit me in NJ - or maybe it's actually more like that Virgin train (but w/out the glossy side).

The waiting is, without a doubt, the hardest part. Thinking of you.

Yes, you deserve a nice vay-cay. A chance to leave all the crap behind.

And, I hope the counselling appt. is better this time. At least you know what you're up against. Bad-shoe bitch. What happens once you finish with her?

Groove - you'll definitely find it in Prague! I hope you have a fab trip, but how can you not. We honeymooned in Prague so it's a fave of ours. Now you've got me grinning like a newlywed thinking of happier times...
Have a great trip!

Can you buy yourself a vodafone connect card and charge it back? that's what I did. It's only about 50 quid a month...

Sorry you've been suffering. I hate the soulless hotel thing.

I didn't know you were a buffy fan, too!
