4 eggs retrieved. V. good drugs at the retrieval and I did not feel a thing. 1st prog pessary inserted and cue instant nausea. Fertilization report tomorrow morning.

Where to begin? 44, TTC for decades, two tries at IVF with my own eggs crashed and burnt before transfer, got PCOS and buggered tubes. First try with a known egg donor ended in an ectopic pregnancy, second try in Capetown was a bust, third go in October 2007 was a total disaster. I am ready, willing and able to talk trash about celebs, discuss gardening, moan about the UK and our crap weather and generally try to make it to the end of the working week without killing anyone. Nice cup of tea?

Yay for 4! And yay for good retrieval drugs! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for a great fertilization rate.
I forgot about that word "pessary"! makes me think of little animals, little progesterone peccaries
