Ouija Board, Ouija Board

Before this malarkey, if you had said to me how would you like to spend a few days confined to bed with loads of papers, magazines, books, laptop and DVDs? Plus of course, running hot and cold cups of tea, meals prepared and every whim catered for? I would have bit your hand off.

However, the reality is losing its lustre. I get up to go to the loo and I migrate to the kitchen and start tidying things up as I see them. Mr P shouts at me and chivvies me back to bed. I pout and say it won't make any difference.

He is the self-appointed bedrest monitor and is taking great delight in bossing me about.

I love that man.

Pamplemousse - I'm sorry the transfer hurt so much - but the important thing is that those embryos are in there! I'm quite jealous that you have such a doting husband. Let him do his thing and take care of you.

I love Mr P. for taking care of you so well too - hugs for Mr. P!!!

Mr. P is a good man. But of course you deserve no other kind!

Bedrest certainly sounds more fun than it actaully is.

Now go lie down!

:-)

I love Mr. P too. I wish I had his email so I could send him email encouraging him to keep you on bedrest. Although, I know exactly what you mean-- about wanting to do stuff. The bed rest ain't it's all cracked up to be, eh?

Sorry to read about your transfer, have to say I've always been lucky.

Take it easy and enjoy the silver service!

Ugh, sorry your transfer went so painfully! I hope both the embryos flourish and thrive. Enjoy the bedrest as much as you possibly can. Wish I were closer to come help relieve the boredom.

Bedrest is definitely one of those things that sounds better than it actually is, like visiting family, or wasabi gelato. Two is my favorite number, I'm keeping everything crossed for your new residents.

Bedrest does get difficult as you tend to get crampy and sore and itch to get out of bed and streeeeech. I think the mister is fantastic for doting on you. Take it easy and try to enjoy the attention. :-)

Let Mr P do his thing...sounds like he's really enjoying it. What a lucky girl you are! Hope the rest of the 2ww goes as well. Fingers crossed for you...

Good for Mr P, we're all here to back him up!

I am sorry that the embryo transfer was so uncomfortable. I really hope those two little embryos are settling in for the long haul.

Mr. P sounds like a real sweetie. You stay off your feet and take it easy.

I can imagine you weren't thrilled to hear the embryo's looked so-so. After all that effort the least you could expect is two stellar embryo's. :-/ I would be mad too.

But they're there. And I hope they both make a comfy home for themselves. Only to be evicted in 8.5 months.

Crossing my fingers for you.

I'm sorry too, about the nasty transfer, and so-so embryos. But there are so many times when so-so embryos DO end up making themselves comfortable for the long haul. Crossing everything that this is one of those times!!!

Mr. P ROCKS! You tell him I said that!

Sorry for the shitty time with the transfer, but, they're home, and that's what counts. I'm thinking of you and sending good thoughts for both you and them this cycle

I just caught up with the past few days of blogging. Too bad about the transfer being less than comfortable. Now, I'm a bit scared. I just had the ER yesterday and I thought that was bad. Good luck for the 2ww!
